The site is developed as an auxiliary material on study and research of electoral process. Here you can find the election-related materials developed by local and international specialists with support of IFES. Besides, various information on international experience, useful links, articles and reporting on elections from different sources of mass-media are placed on the site. The International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) is an independent, non-governmental organization providing professional support to electoral democracy. Through field work, applied research and advocacy, we strive to promote citizen participation, transparency, and accountability in political life and civil society.
